Raspberries come on strong in late August & early September 2018!

Raspberries at Andalusia have made a late comeback! With drought hampering fruiting in July and early August, irrigation and late season rain have brought on the berries.

Because these are fully organic, with lots of critters enjoying them, they need to be cleaned, drained and then laid on a tray with something to grease the pan. Put in the freezer until solid. Then move to a tupperware container to enjoy in scones, on ice cream or any way you like in December, January or February!
